Refund policy
HeyGorjus will only accept a return, exchange, or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase. No refund will be made for products that have been opened, used, or returned damaged.
All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Please email sale@heygorjus.com with your order number to start the returns process.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at sale@heygorjus.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also do not accept change-of-mind returns if the product has been used.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Change of Mind We will provide store credit for any changes of mind prior to an order being shipped. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
