To ensure your package is properly delivered within the advertised time frames, please ensure your address is correctly entered with all relevant details. Using accurate abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is essential for timely delivery. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase.

We recommend using personal or business addresses for faster delivery. We may use other carriers and reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

For international shipments, goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes HeyGorjus to import the goods on their behalf and permits HeyGorjus to delegate this obligation to a subcontractor (e.g., customs broker). The consignee is responsible for paying any taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price, where applicable.
